Reservation Policy:

• Advance Booking: We recommend booking your birdwatching workshop at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability. Last-minute bookings may be accommodated based on availability, but we cannot guarantee spots without prior reservations.
• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

• Cancellations:
  • Cancellations made of the scheduled workshop are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling:
  • You may reschedule your booking at least 3 days before the workshop without any additional fee, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the workshop will incur a $25 rescheduling fee and are subject to availability.

Weather-Related Cancellations:
In the case of inclement weather that may affect the safety or enjoyment of the workshop, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the event. If we must cancel due to weather, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

No-Show Policy:
Participants who do not show up for the scheduled workshop will forfeit their booking fee, and no refund will be issued.
